Unable to visit the video
server with the browser
The
network hasn’t been connected?
Solution: Link with PC to test
whether the network is working, first eliminate the wire fault,
then the network fault cause by the PC virus, until the PC can “Ping” connect
with each other.
The IP address has been used
by the other equipment?
Solution: Disconnect the video
server and the network, connect the video server with PC,
reset the IP
address according to the commend operation.
The IP addresses locate at
different subnets?
Solution: Check the IP address
and the subnet mask address, the settings of the gateway.
The web port has been
changed?
Solution: Ask the administrator
for relevant port info..
Unknown reason.
Solution: Press the restore button behind the server to resume the default
settings, reconnect,
default IP address: 192.168.55.78,subnet
mask: 255.255.255.0
Camera lens can’t
be controlled
Possible reason: The
transmission cable hasn’t been connected or connected incorrectly.
Solution: Reconnect the control
line of the server to the PTZ or globe vidicon.
Can’t
preview the image normally
Possible reason: The operating
system is Windows 98..
Solution: Install DirectX8.0 or
higher version.
Can’t
playback the record file with Mediaplayer.
Solution: Download and Install
DivX uniform decoder.
